Mrs Bromley has been confirmed as the permanent Headteacher of both Holland House and Town House, as the schools look towards merging later this year.
Having initially taken the role on an interim basis after the departure of Mrs Smith at the end of the last academic year, Mrs Bromley will now lead both schools into a new era.
Writing to parents, Chief Executive of Broadleaf Partnership Trust, Claire Pritchard, says the new all through primary school will have a vision for the future laid out by it’s new Head:
Many of you have already come to know Mrs Bromley during her time as Interim Head. In her recent presentation to your school’s Governors and Trust Executive members, she shared a vision for our future that is rooted in kindness and empathy. We believe these values are essential as we bring our two school communities together.
We know that a school is much more than its buildings or even its name. While we prepare to move forward under a new name, it is the people—our dedicated staff, our wonderful pupils, and you, our families—who create the culture and heart of our school. This is why we are so delighted to have secured Mrs Bromley’s leadership for the long term; she is deeply committed to the people who make our community special.
As we embark on this new era, Mrs Bromley is dedicated to preserving the traits of our current schools that we are all so proud of. With her at the helm, we have every confidence that our school will continue to be a place where every student feels known, supported, and inspired.
Please join us in celebrating this appointment and in looking forward to a bright future together.
