We’re taking steps to make things simpler when it comes to paying for trips and lunches.
From the start of next term, we will no longer be using ParentPay, with all parent payments being made in one place via Arbor.
To make things as simple as possible, all you will need to do is log on to the Arbor Parent Portal and choose which days you would like your child to have a school dinner, or whether they will be having a packed lunch instead.
Following the same process in place at Holland House, those children having school dinners will be able to select their meals at the service hatch giving them greater choice on the day.
Please ensure you have enough funds within your ParentPay account for the rest of this week only. After lunch service on Friday we’ll be checking and moving balances over to your Arbor account and we’ll then be in touch over Easter to let you know when the new booking process is ready.
We hope this move from two services to one will make the whole payment and booking process much simpler in future, with Arbor already in use for trips and experiences.
